SHIPPING / REFUND POLICY
Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING 📦
- Made-to-Order: We don’t do warehouses. Every piece is a limited-run item crafted specifically for you after your purchase.
- Processing Time: Quality takes time. Please allow up to 14 business days (Mon–Fri) for your order to be processed and crafted. Weekends and holidays are not included.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order ships. Once it leaves our hands, delivery speed is determined by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
2. ALL ITEM ARE FINAL SALE & NO REFUNDS / EXCHANGES 🚫
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, small-batch nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including "change of mind" or buyer error.
- No Changes: Once an order is placed, it is locked in. We start production immediately, so no cancellations, edits, or address updates are possible.
- Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address and our sizing guides before checkout. We are not responsible for typos or deliveries to the wrong house.
3. DELIVERED, LOST, OR DAMAGED? 🕵️
- Proof of Delivery: If the carrier marks your package as "Delivered," it is officially off our hands. We do not refund or replace orders with confirmed delivery.
- Lost in Transit: If your package is lost before being marked delivered, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please email us with your order number and clear photos within 3-5 business days. We will work quickly to make it right with a replacement.
